Hi,
I'm David.

I know exactly where you're sitting right now — because I've been there. I was active through my 20s, then life happened and I lost control. At my worst I was 110kg, stuck in a cycle of programmes and diets that never lasted. I couldn't get back to where I was — no matter how hard I tried.

The day I invested in a real coach and committed to an actual system, everything shifted. I got to 74kg, 12% body fat — stronger and more defined than I'd ever been. That's why I coach.
